We flew into Salt Lake City on Friday evening, drove a ways, and stayed in Fillmore, UT. In the morning we got our grab and go breakfast and headed towards Great Basin NP. It wasn't the best time to visit Great Basin as it was still covered in snow (and we didn't have any gear) and COVID still had the cave tours closed. We wandered the Visitor Center and hiked a little ways up a trail before saying goodbye to some the local wildlife (mule deer).

Cold in the morning, warming during the day, made this a common fashion look on our trip - pants turned into capris/shorts.
Bye mule deer!
Driving towards Hurricane, UT
We stopped for lunch at the Flat Iron Cafe in Milford, UT. Fun little stop where what appeared a painter took a break from his job to be our waiter a his wife's restaurant. Good food though!
Driving into Kolob Canyon entrance of Zion NP.
Group photo before we attempt a short hike on Timber Creek Overlook Trail.
End of the trail / overlook.
Peek-a-boo Wyatt!
Pool time!
