School was shut down the week before Spring Break in March. We didn't know when it first got put on pause what would happen, but it did end up going to "Distance Learning" for the rest of the year. Wyatt & Gavin rocked it out and were good about getting their work done. Jacob took more coaxing and was lucky that grades were offered as pass/fail instead of grades in the end.
Some stocked up on tp or hand sanitizer, we stocked up on wine...
Did a couple puzzles...
Did church on-line and sent our "peace" virtually.
Dre called daily to make us work out.
Fred setup his office in our office - all three screens!
We did Jeske game nights virtually - Pictionary, charades, Trivia Pursuit, & Family Fued.
Here's a COVID night out!
Hair got long and ponies were used to see faces.
Mom sent us masks, she kept herself busy making many people masks.
For Wyatt's friend Charlie's birthday we docorated the van for a birthday parade by his house. It was a fun project to get ready for and was fun to have something to look forward to!
We got the family out for a couple hikes. This one is by the Oak Ridge conference center on a gorgeous night.
I got a little creative with some old sheets and made Cooper some tug toys.
We put different things in our windows for kids to walk by and see - butterflies, bears, and hearts.
Some eventually got hair cuts. Jacob's before and after. Wyatt's is still growing.
