Sister Outings

I got to spend a couple fun nights with my sisters. First I got to go to the Pink Honor Roll event at Pinstripes with Adrea. She was one of the top fundraisers for last year's Race for the Cure. Then I got to go with Alyssa, Adrea, and Tim to Joan Jett at Treasure Island.

Timberwolves Outing

For Christmas Fred got the family tickets to a Timberwolves game, so we enjoyed a Sunday afternoon at the Target Center watching the Timberwolves put up a good game against the Phoenix Suns, but not pulling it off in the end. We did end up there on KTIS day, so we got to hear Jamie Grace talk and sing a bit.

Stitches Take 2 for Wyatt

Wyatt got his second set of stitches when he forgot to look forward while running towards a steel door while his brothers were at a soccer clinic. Fred got to call me with the news that he'd be heading to the ER with Wyatt for another set of stitches. Apparently he was a trooper about the sutures.

A Winter Fieldtrip

We ventured to the Sculpture Garden by the Walker Art Center this past Sunday. We had a low-key weekend and the boys were getting restless and wrestling too much. We made them venture out against their will, but they had a good time seeing the sculpture garden in the snow and seeing how different it looked from when we were there last summer. I was hoping to check out Colossal Café (which was featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives) afterwards, but we got there at 2:55 and they closed at 3 and turned us away. We found Fat Lorenzo's and enjoyed some pizza, pasta, and gelato instead.

The Tooth Fairy Has Been Summonned

Gavin lost his first tooth today. It was wiggly yesterday and today he pulled it out himself. He's excited for the tooth fairy to visit.
