State Fair

I attended the Princess of the Milky Way coronation the night before the fair started as the Frericks twins were competing for the title.

Color of the year - Live for Dessert Green, so easy to see.

A bunch of loons with a Loon made of recycling.

Lunch time!

Day starts with cinni minis, flavored cheese curds, walleye cakes, duck wantons washed down with beer & sodas. We checked out the Eco-experience building & 4-H building before catching the 4-H show. We ate our way through the day with chicken and waffles, malts, footlongs, onion rings, pickle pizza (new - yum!), berry pie, Rueben bites, Jamaican beef patty, giant egg roll, hot Indian kulfi, French fries, corn fritters, frozen chocolate banana, deep fried twinkie, Sweet Martha's, deep fried ice cream, stuff olive, gyro, juicy turkey sandwich, milk, and key lime crumble. You need a crew to eat all this food - we share! getting only 1 of most things and getting a bit or two.

Jacob getting advice from both sides!

We love the giant slide, most of us adults take a ride too - kids do two or so rides down.

Still love to do spin-a-paint even though I never know what to do with the finished product.
