Basketball Saturdays

We are nearing the end of basketball season. It has been so fun watching the boys improve over their seasons. Jacob started out with great defense, but it's been exciting to see his offense come alive. Gavin too is a defensive player no matter what the sport, but he's gotten more confident in his shooting abilities (which are quite good) and done less dribbling around aimlessly like at the beginning of the season. Both boys' teams were short-benched today (missing players-that's a new term to me), so they got in lots of playing time. Grandma Nancy was here to watch and she got to see lots of great plays by her boys.
