"Bad Deal"

I just got done test reading some Easter stories to Gavin. The one tells how Jesus died on the cross. I explained that because Jesus loves us so much he died to forgive our sins. Gavin's response "Well, that's a bad deal. It's not good to be dead." I said it was a bad deal for Jesus and a very good deal for us. Very sweet to see how even a 4 year old can see that Jesus' deal was (in 4 year old terms) "no fair".
