Mid-June Update

We went to a park on Tuesday morning and Jacob was a pretty good kid while there, so I said "thank you for being so good at the park and leaving so nicely when we were done" and his reply to me was "It was my pleasure." Where does he get that?

Gavin has decided Jacob is his favorite person to watch and is often smiling or laughing at Jacob. Its hard for Jacob to understand why he can't push Gavin's swing so wildly when Gavin is laughing so hard. Gavin is not enjoying tummy time these days, so he's still not rolling over. He is sleeping better at night though, going from 9 or so until about 5 on good nights.

We have had a lot of graduation celebration the past few weeks. We had Lee and Karilyn (nephew and neice on Fred's side) graduate, so we were to both of their ceremonies and to Lee's party last weekend. We have Karilyn's party this weekend.

Fred turned 31 on June 1st. It was a busy weekend, so we had cake for breakfast on his birthday and that was about the extent of the celebration, poor guy. Fred is in Texas this week for work, so me and the boys are in Melrose hanging out.

We are working on potty training with Jacob and he can go on the toilet, but doesn't ever tell us before he has to go. He'll just go if we drag him in there and ask him to go. Any suggestions?
