Jacob's Latest Fieldtrip

Jacob got to go to the Lowry Nature Center again yesterday with his preschool. I did not chaperone this time, so I only know that they saw a bird with a broken wing who couldn't fly, but they were feeding and he went on the playground equipment there and he flew off the slide and landed on his butt. He was paired with his friend Maggie and her parents for the fieldtrip. Over lunch he told me, "I love Maggie." I said, "oh, she is a very sweet girl." Jacob replied, "Yes, a very sweet sweet sweet girl." Oh, young love. Too cute.
